JSC "RUSAL Achinsk" has the right to refuse to participate in the selection in the following cases:
- commercial offer received after the expiration of the established period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not match the conditions of the Invitation;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who submitted a commercial proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or an insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- the Selection participant has a negative experience with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, based on internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for refusal
