- the cost of delivery of equipment to the buyer's elevator, installation supervision, commissioning, training of buyer's specialists and all other expenses related to the supply, installation and start-up of equipment.
- Brand and model of equipment;
- Terms of delivery - by the supplier's forces and means to the buyer's warehouse;
- Delivery time;
- Terms of payment;
- The validity period of the commercial offer;
- Willingness to work under the standard contract of Rusagro Group of Companies;
- Warranty period;
- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) in the event that the commercial offer provides for partial or full prepayment.
