Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 20 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 20 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferred payment of 30 calendar days. All prices must be indicated including VAT-20% and with delivery. Positive accreditation in PJSC "PIK Group of Companies" is mandatory.
Delivery terms:Delivery by road to construction sites according to the list of addresses specified in the statement of work).
For items 1-21, delivery to the address GP-MFS LLC.
For items 22-27, delivery to the address of PIK-Industry JSC.
All prices must be indicated including VAT-20% and with delivery.
In the event that you do not agree to sign a standard contract form, you must upload the protocol of disagreements.
Reinforcement of products strictly in accordance with the technical specifications (diameter of the reinforcement and the number of bars should be no less than in the statement of work).
The customer has the right to selectively check products for compliance with the statement of work. In case of deviations, all associated costs of returning, replacing, incl. transport and handling costs are borne by the supplier.
Positive accreditation in PJSC "PIK Group of Companies" is mandatory.
Georeferencing:Moscow, Moscow region (according to the list of addresses in the terms of reference)
