The buyer, if necessary (changes in volume requirements) has the right to reduce/increase unilaterally (according to Art. 450ГС of the Russian Federation) the number of Equipment, by 30% (both upward and in reduction side) from agreement by the parties in the specification or order, notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days prior to the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 calendar days prior to the forthcoming delivery. At the same time, the terms of price and deferral of payment remain unchanged according to the specification.
