Comments:
Standard deferral of 60 calendar days
1. This competitive procedure upon the prior choice of the Supplier shall be directed in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the implementation of the Commercial Request Procedure proposals which (like the Provider's pre-selection procedure itself) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not governed by Art. 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the GK RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received under any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.$
To participate in the tender participants need to be accredited at the specified ETP in accordance with the rules of this ETP for Rusagro tenders
2. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to select several winners by dividing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure
3. The template of the customer's model contract is attached in the documentation for the tender
