Delivery terms:1. The price of the commercial offer must include all the expenses of the Applicant related to the fulfillment of obligations, excluding VAT and taking into account transportation costs.
2. The price of the commercial offer is indicated in rubles, excluding VAT.
3. The cost of the services of the NDP /SMR in the commercial offer, specify a separate line for each position for which work is required (according to the questionnaires).

Applicants who are not manufacturers of these materials must attach an official dealer's confirmation (dealer agreement, authorization, dealer certificate) when submitting the KP.
When submitting proposals, the Participant must necessarily be registered in the LC (Counterparty's Personal Account) on the website www.lukoil.ru , as well as provide a package of constituent documents, according to the List, and those.part (drawings, diagrams, passports, certificates, etc.) for consideration and approval. When placing offers without constituent documents and those.parts, the Participant will not be considered.
