Payment terms:Advance payment of 30% of the price of the Agreement within 20 days after the Parties sign this Agreement. 70% of the Contract price is paid within 10 days after notification of readiness for 100% shipment of equipment.

Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
