Payment for delivered products is made: for SMEs: within 15 working days from the date of signing the certificate of entry control of products by the consignee; for subjects not SMEs: within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of entry control of products to the consignee at the cost of purchase up to 5 million rubles including VAT (inclusive), within 60 calendar days from the date of signing of the entry control certificate products by the consignee at the cost of purchase more than 5 million rubles with VAT; - payment of the performed works (stage of work) shall be made by the Customer upon the fact of their performance on the basis of the act of delivery and acceptance of the performed works, certificates of the cost of works performed (F.KS-2, KS-3) and the invoice of the Supplier within 30 calendar days.
