Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Without advance payment-payment for completed and accepted works is made by the customer within 15 banking days from the date of signing by the customer and the contractor of copies of the act of acceptance of completed works, subject to the provision of two original invoices and two original invoices.

Comments:
Competitive bidding process to determine a potential supplier for the volume of facilities for 2024 in an approximate amount of about 100 construction projects (for guidance, a file with tile volumes for an average store is attached to the bid documentation)
The values indicated in the Commercial Proposal of the winner will be used to fix prices in the memorandum.

Supplier requirements:
1) A document confirming the right to produce or sell products;
2) The product and supplier must have certificates
3) A copy of the lease agreement or a document confirming ownership of the warehouse, indicating the area and location;
4) A copy of the document confirming the ownership of the transport or the contract with the forwarding company;
5) A copy of the document confirming the warranty period of the products;
6) A copy of the product quality certificate\product passport;
7) A Bidder's letter confirming the consent to work under the memorandum;
8) A Bidder's letter indicating the facilities and companies to which the products were delivered and the delivery period
9) It is necessary to fill out and attach the counterparty's questionnaire with the commercial offer
