Payment terms:
Desired payment terms: deferred payment from 30 - 45 - 60 - 90 days. This criterion is important when choosing a winner. Please give your best suggestion. We are considering proposals with fixed prices for a quarter/ half a year/ year
Delivery terms:
Delivery to the buyer's warehouse at the address: Russian Federation, 607650, Nizhny Novgorod region, Kstovsky district, Kstovo, Western microdistrict, RusVinil quarter.
We ask you to attach a KP indicating the price, payment terms, delivery dates, a sample of the quality passport and scanned copies of the documents specified in the appendix.
Requirements for the accompanying documentation during delivery:

Comments: Delivery time and quantity:
The required quantity for the period from 01.04.2023 - 31.12.2023 is 1,000 tons of solution (the amount can be adjusted).
A pre-prepared schedule with confirmation in 24 - 48 hours by e-mail or by phone with confirmation by e-mail.
The quantity accepted by the consumer is 20 tons per delivery (one tanker) – approximately 1 time in 5 days (subject to change).
3. Delivery container:
The supplier's tanker truck must:
- be equipped with a compressor with an electric cable at least 50 m long with a connecting "plug" adapted for connection to the corresponding types of 380 V electrical outlets used on RusVinil;
- be equipped with a specialized hose with a length of at least 12 m, resistant to the transported medium (r-r of calcium chloride) with a quick-release connection of the "kamlok" type on the one hand and a fitting with a flange connection D–80 - on the other, for squeezing into the receiving container of the consumer;
- correspond to the possibility of transportation of this medium and is equipped with all necessary technical equipment.devices for safe transportation and unloading (serviceable: sealed shut-off valves, protection against overpressure, etc.), equipped with a diesel engine.equipped with a spark suppressor engine, equipped with anti-rollback stops and comply with all safety requirements for vehicles to travel through the RusVinil production area.
Connection and disconnection of the hose to the vehicle is carried out by the supplier's personnel.
Sampling for analysis from a tanker truck is carried out by the customer's personnel.
4. Requirements for the driver:
Availability of appropriate special clothing and PPE:

-safety glasses

5. The priority is to organize the delivery of the product from the manufacturer's factory to the Buyer's warehouse. But we can also consider the option of picking up the product, if there is no possibility or your transport does not meet the requirements.
The Participant's documentation package should be provided as follows:
File 1 Commercial offer;
File 2 Specification (sample quality certificate) for the proposed product;
File 3 Copies of the constituent documents

This request for proposals procedure is not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for proposals procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting prices does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
The Customer also has the right to refuse to conduct a price request at any of the stages, without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants. The winner is selected by internal evaluation of offers and suppliers.
