Comments: Delivery time and quantity:
The required quantity for the period from 01/01/2020-31/12/2020 is 1440 tons of solution (the amount can be adjusted).
A pre-prepared schedule with confirmation in 24 - 48 hours by e-mail or by phone with confirmation by e-mail.
The amount accepted by the consumer - 20 tons per delivery (one tank truck) - approximately 1 time in 5 days (subject to change).
3. Delivery container:
The supplier's tank truck should:
- be equipped with a compressor with el. a cable with a length of at least 50 m with a connecting "plug" adapted for connection to the corresponding types of electric sockets 380 V used on RusVinyl;
- be equipped with a specialized hose at least 12 m long that is resistant to the transported medium (calcium chloride solution) with a quick-release camlock connection on one side and a fitting with a flange connection DN 80 on the other, for transferring it to the consumer's receiving container;
- correspond to the possibility of transporting this medium and is equipped with all the necessary technical devices for safe transportation and unloading (serviceable: tight shut-off valves, protection against excessive pressure, etc.), equipped with a diesel engine with spark arrestor, equipped with wheel chocks and meet all safety requirements for vehicles to drive through the RusVinyl production area.
Attaching and disconnecting the hose to the a / c is carried out by the personnel of the supplier.
Sampling for analysis from a tank truck is carried out by the staff of the consumer.
4. Requirements for the driver:
