Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
The price must be given for the assortment indicated in the lot for 1 m2 (sq.m.) of products.
The purchase price should be indicated net net without VAT (excluding bonus and deferred payment).
The net net purchase price excluding VAT is calculated using the formula:
net net price (excluding VAT) = Purchase price (excluding VAT) x (1-% of the main bonus scale)
% bonus -% of the first scale of the main bonus.
The calculation will take into account a deferred payment, minimum 30 cd.
The deferral accounting factor is calculated using the formula: 1- 12% / 365x deferred payment
Delivery terms:
Possibility of delivery of goods within 3 weeks after the end of the tender. Regular deliveries to STC Petrovich in St. Petersburg and Moscow.
