Payment terms:	payment for the goods is made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account upon delivery of the goods within 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, provided the Supplier provides the Buyer with original documents drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and dated on the day of actual delivery goods (invoice, waybill, invoice (or UPD)), in the amount indicated in the invoice for payment.
