Mandatory loading of the commercial offer by the participating organization.
I ASK YOU TO UPLOAD A COMMERCIAL OFFER INDICATING: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY, WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS, MANUFACTURER , PHONE AND E-MAIL OF THE CONTRACTOR.
The winning organization, which does not have a valid contract with JSC Izhstal, must upload the following documents to the system within one day, necessary for the conclusion of the contract:
1. A copy of the certificate of registration of the company;
2. A copy of the tax registration certificate;
3. A free-form counterparty card containing the following information: full company name, legal and actual address, full name of the manager, full name of the chief accountant, phone numbers, fax numbers, bank account details, including the bank address;
4. A copy of the latest profit and loss statement (Form No. 2);
5. A certificate from the Federal Tax Service at the place of registration on the absence of arrears in taxes and other mandatory payments;
6. A power of attorney or other document confirming the right to sign financial documents of an official.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
The place of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the ETP of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru ). The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functionality of the electronic trading platform, the Organizer of the procedure has the right to accept an offer from such a participant to the email address IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru, independently uploading this offer to the site through the System functionality, subject to the following conditions:
- The participant must be registered in the System;
- the offer must be received by e-mail no later than 4 working hours before the deadline for accepting Offers specified in the Notification, with mandatory notification of the responsible person by phone.
The documents should include an official letter of appeal to the Organizer of the purchase with a request to place an electronic version of his offer and a waiver of any claims related to the fact that the Offer in the System will not be placed by the Participant himself.
