Auto-extension

Payment terms:
- аванс в размере 50% цены Договора выплачивается в течение 20 (двадцати) банковских дней, с даты (момента) подписания Договора и предоставления счета Покупателю;
- окончательный расчет производится в течение 20 (двадцати) банковских дней с момента получения Товара Заказчиком и подписания Акта выполненных работ.
Поставщик обязан вместе с Товаром предоставить оригиналы следующих документов:
1) счёт на оплату;
2) товарная накладная/ универсальный передаточный документ;
3) счет–фактура/ универсальный передаточный документ.
Delivery terms:
поставка Товара осуществляется в течении 243 календарных дней со дня получения оплаты от Покупателя.
Цена договора включает в себя: все расходы, связанные с исполнением условий договора, в том числе: НДС 18%, расходы на перевозку до 629420, ЯНАО, Приуральский район, пос. Харп, промышленный район, ТЭС «Харп-12», стоимость упаковки, страхование, уплату таможенных пошлин, сборов и платежей, иные расходы поставщика.
