Delivery terms:Delivery is made to each hotel upon request during 2020. Delivery to Moscow hotels and St. Petersburg is free, to other hotels to the terminal of the transport company in Moscow.

Prices are fixed from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, hotel orders are placed throughout the year.
Quantities shown are predicted, they can change both upwards and downwards.
When submitting a proposal, it is also necessary to provide a completed application form and a list of documents according to the file in the procurement documentation.
The distribution of the number of hotels is also available in the procurement documentation.
Samples for testing are provided only in the fabric from which the entire batch will be subsequently produced. The sample will be fixed in the contract, if the signal sample does not match the contract, the contract will be terminated and fines imposed.
The tender will take place in three stages:
1. stage of collecting proposals, determining the finalists.
2. stage testing of samples from the finalists.
3. stage electronic bidding between the finalists who have passed the test.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
