Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
Comments: The participant of this trading procedure must necessarily provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer in the form attached to the tender.
The sum of the cost of services for each type of transport for 1 unit is submitted to the ETP and to the KP (the figure of the total amount of the cost of services is an appendix to the TOR), EXCLUDING the cost of spare parts. Prices for spare parts should be specified in a separate table. Spare parts are only original!
If the prices for services and spare parts for each type of vehicle are different, then the KP should be separately for each type of transport with filled-in appendices about the cost of services and the cost of spare parts for each type of transport.
In the TOR, the number of vehicles is provided informatively.
2. Companies that do not have experience working with Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the participant's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!
It is possible for the winners to choose several candidates.
We remind you that the price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time /fulfillment, guarantees, price, advance/post-payment, advance security, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.
