Comments: The participant of this trading procedure must necessarily provide the following documents:
1. A commercial offer in the form attached to the tender.
The sum of the cost of services for each type of transport for 1 unit is submitted to the ETP and to the KP (the figure of the TOTAL amount of the cost of services is an appendix to the TOR), EXCLUDING the cost of spare parts.
If the prices for services and spare parts for each type of vehicle are different, then the CP should be separately for each type of transport with completed appendices about the cost of services and the cost of spare parts for each type of transport.
In the TOR, the number of vehicles is provided for information.
2. Companies that do not have experience working with Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the participant's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
If there is no complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!
It is possible for the winners to choose several applicants.
