Auto-extension

Payment terms:
payment is made by non-cash settlement by transferring funds to the current account of the winner of the open request for proposals in electronic form. Settlements under the contract between the customer and the winner of the open request for proposals in electronic form are made in accordance with the regulations of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation "on rules for the transfer of funds" from 19.06.2012 G. № 383-P.
The customer pays the goods within 10 (ten) working days after delivery of the goods, signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance-transfer, the consignment note, in the presence of an invoice or upd on the basis of the account of the winner of the open request for proposals in Electronic form.
Delivery terms:
delivery of the goods is carried out by the winner of the open request for proposals in electronic form by shipment (transfer) of the goods to the customer. Transfer of goods to the customer is made by the act of acceptance and delivery of the consignment note. Acceptance of the goods in completeness is carried out in the territory of the winner of the open request for proposals in electronic form. At acceptance of the goods the customer is obliged to carry out its check on completeness, and to check operability of all systems which it is possible to check at the moment of acceptance of the goods. After the customer has carried out the acceptance of the goods, the winner of the open request for proposals in electronic form is obliged to ensure the responsible storage of goods before placing the goods on record in the traffic police.
The place of shipment of the goods is the territory of the winner of the open request for proposals in electronic form.
Acceptance of goods by quality is carried out by the representative of the customer (buyer) directly in the territory of the winner of the open request for proposals in electronic form by the following criteria:
1. The chassis of the car new, previously not used.
2. The car is made in strict accordance with the specification. Changes in the design or replacement of materials and aggregates to analogues are allowed only by prior written agreement with the customer (buyer).
3. The complete set of documentation necessary for placing of the given vehicle on registration in bodies of traffic police of the Russian Federation is given.
Acceptance for responsible storage is carried out on the basis of a bilateral act, the delivery of the product from the responsible storage is carried out on the basis of written appeal with the registration of the relevant Act and consignment note.
The delivery time of the goods is not more than 90 calendar days from the moment of signing the contract by both parties.
When discovering the defects of the goods the customer sends the winner of the open request for proposals in electronic form a motivated refusal with indication of the shortcomings noticed in the course of acceptance. In this case, the defects of the goods the winner of the open request for proposals in electronic form eliminates the deadline agreed by the parties at no additional charge.
