- Terms of delivery - by means and means of the supplier before the buyer's warehouse;
- Delivery time;
- Payment terms;
- Deadline of the commercial offer;
- Readiness to work under the standard contract of Rusagro Group;
- Warranty period;
- Possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) if the commercial offer provides partial or full prepayment.
