Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
1) All questions via the platform.
2) The goods must be labeled and packed in a special container (packaging) that meets the standards, technical specifications, mandatory rules and requirements for packaging and packaging. Packaging must ensure the complete safety of goods for the entire period of their transportation, taking into account overloads and long-term storage.
3) The equipment must have a certificate "on the approval of the type of measurements", a certificate of verification.
4) All technical documentation must be submitted in Russian.
5) The supplied equipment must be new, without operating time.
6) A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals and the conclusion of a supply contract is the presence of a manufacturer status, or existing dealer authority with manufacturers.
7) The offer on the trading platform according to the rules must be presented in rubles in terms of the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on 05.07.2023
8) In case of discrepancy between the information specified in the commercial offer and the electronic platform, the information specified on the trading platform is accepted for consideration.
9) Loading of the TCP and technical documentation is MANDATORY!
