In the event that the tax reporting is absent or does not allow with sufficient certainty to ascertain the integrity of the supplier, the customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent delivery of materials Supplier, including but not limited to: Extract from the staffing table with the application of copies of employment contracts of persons engaged for delivery, information on the presence of property or on the right of lease: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
