Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Please read the procurement documents carefully.

ATTENTION! IMPORTANT! Special Requirements for Participants:
1. Payment terms - no advance, final settlement no earlier than 60, but no later than 70 calendar days, from the date of signing of the acts.
2. Prices must be quoted in rubles only. Commit confirmation before 11/15/21
3. Main/profile activity of the organization and work experience - CW installation, from 1 year
4. Warranty for work performed 24 months, consumables and automation for use 24 months, equipment 36 months
5. Total production time 35 kd:
- equipment dismantling/installation - 25 kd
- commissioning - 5 kd
- preparation for work commission and delivery of work to customer - 5 kd.
A forced downtime may occur during the work, which should not be affected by the deadline for the completion of the work.
6. Deadline for preparation of construction assignment and issuance to customer: till 07.11.21
7. Estimated start date: 15.11.21
8s. Need for accreditation at Tander JSC to review the results of the tender and further work
9. Delivery/Installation Conditions: By Supplier
10s. The original contract signed by the counterparty must be received by the Customer within 7 calendar days from the date of sending the specified document to the Contractor
11. If a participant does not provide a complete package of documents upon request, offers from such participants will not be considered and additional requests for missing documentation will not be sent

IMPORTANT! Be sure to complete and attach the file "Annex 11. Member Card" (attached).

ATTENTION! Due to various factors (construction readiness of the facility, supply of refrigerated furniture, etc.), a simple crew is possible, but in all circumstances the work must be completed by the date of the holiday openings.

The purchaser may repeatedly improve their price proposal until the end of the bid.

ATTENTION! Only one legal entity can participate in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. This is regarded as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated participants from the competition.
