Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension

Please carefully read the procurement documentation.

ATTENTION! Due to various factors (construction readiness of the facility, supply of refrigerated furniture, etc.), a simple crew is possible, but under any circumstances the work must be completed by the date of the festive discoveries.

IMPORTANT! Special requirements for participants:
1. Payment terms - without advance, final settlement not earlier than 60, but not later than 70 calendar days, from the moment of signing the acts.
2. Prices should be indicated only in rubles. Confirmation of commit to 10.07.21
3. Main/profile activity of the organization and experience of work - installation of CW, from 1 year
4. Warranty - for the work performed 24 months, for used consumables and automation - 24 months, equipment 36 months
5. The total period of work is 60 calendar days:
- preparatory work for dismanting/installation of equipment - 5 k. d.
- Dismanting/installation of equipment - 42 k. d.
- commissioning and commissioning - 13 k. d.
6. Approximate period of preparation of construction assignment and issuance of it to the customer: to 24.07.21
7. Readiness period of equipment for shipment - 14 calendar days
8. Approximate start date: 24.07.21
9. Necessity of accreditation in "Tander" JSC for consideration of the results of the tender and further work
10. If the participant is provided with an incomplete package of documents upon request, proposals from such participants will not be considered and additional requests for missing documentation will not be sent
11. The original Contract signed by the counterparty must be received by the Customer not later than 7 calendar days from the date of the submission of the specified document to the Contractor
12. Terms of supply/installation: by means of the supplier
13. Mandatory filling in the file Template for KP on CW

The procurement participant may repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of submission of applications.

ATTENTION! Only one legal entity can take part in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. OTHERWISE is regarded as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the removal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
