Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Please read the procurement documentation carefully.

ATTENTION! Due to various factors (building readiness of the facility, the delivery of refrigerated furniture, etc.), a simple brigade is possible, but in all circumstances the work must be completed by the date of the festive openings.

IMPORTANT! Special requirements for participants:
1. Payment Terms and Conditions - No advance, Calculation not earlier than 60 but not later than 70 calendar days after signing the acts
2. Prices should be listed only in rubles. Confirmation of price fixing in rubles up to 18.10.2021
3. Warranty period: 24 mo for work performed, consumables and automatics - 24 mo.
4. Estimated start date: 13.09.2021
5. Work time: 23 kd for the dismanting/installation of XM, 7 kd for commissioning.
6. Preparation period of construction assignment and issuance to the construction site: 7 calendar days
7. The original Contract signed by the Contractor must be received by the Customer no later than 7 calendar days from the time the document is sent to the Contractor
8. If a member does not provide a complete package of documents upon request, offers from such participants will not be considered and additional requests for missing documentation will not be submitted
9. Main/profile activities of the organization and work experience - HO installation, 1 year
10. Delivery Conditions: Contractor
11. Need for accreditation to Tander JSC to review the outcome of the tender and further work
