Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear Suppliers!

Removal of a pallet lot / RT along the route: terminal - distribution center of JSC "Tander" (address: Novorossiysk district with Tsemdolina, Borisovka settlement), which includes:
1. Search and provision of a vehicle for the removal of the container at the request of the client in time, no more than 2 hours from the moment of receiving the request.
2. Work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing transport in the same schedule.
3. Lack of relationship between the tariff and the weight of the container with the goods.
4. Interaction with the client's forwarder.
5. Departure from the territory of the terminal immediately upon the transfer of goods to the vehicle.
6. Delivery of cargo to the client's distribution center at the time specified by the client in the application.
7. No penalties for downtime under unloading at the client's distribution center for less than 24 hours.
8. Full liability for cargo and transport equipment.

Participation is free of charge.
No E-signature is required.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
