Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Mandatory conditions for the CA:
Payment terms - mandatory deferment of 60 calendar days.

IMPORTANT:
1) Prices must be provided for ALL items! If any positions are not filled, or filled with not a specific figure - KP is not accepted for consideration.
2) If you are working with VAT - both columns must be filled in (without VAT and 20% VAT). If you work on the USN, then only the first column is filled (without VAT), the second remains empty.

Participation is free.
EDS are not required.

The procurement participant may repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of submission of applications.
Only one legal entity can take part in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. OTHERWISE is regarded as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the removal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
