Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
Payment terms - non-cash payment form, 100% post-payment, after 60 calendar days from the expiration of the 3-month period established by paragraph 13 of Resolution No. 2010 of December 3, 2020, calculated from the date the Customer submits reports on compliance with waste disposal standards to the authorized state body (subject to the Supplier providing the Customer with the originals correctly executed in in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation of primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD))
Guarantee - according to the standard contract (provided on request), unless otherwise specified in the Requirements Specification
Installation of containers for separate waste collection (RSO) at the Customer's facilities, according to the address program agreed upon at the stage of conclusion of the contract
Readiness to conduct an on-site audit of the waste disposal facility, with mandatory photo and video recording of the production process
Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the contract (available on request)
Completeness of the provision of documents specified in the Requirements Specification

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
