Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Dear participants!

Mandatory conditions for the spacecraft:
1. Payment procedure and terms:
the final calculation is not earlier than 14 calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the completed works and signing the primary accounting documents
2. The guarantee amount is 5 % of the contract value, paid 1 year after the Act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works.
This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 1,000,000 rubles.
3. The warranty period for the work performed is 12 months
4. The term of work is 90 calendar days from the date of signing the contract
5. The type of activity of the organization must correspond to the declared lot.
6. The need for accreditation in JSC "Thunder" for construction and repair in large formats for consideration of the results of the tender and further work
7. The level of responsibility of the SRO at the time of conclusion of the Contract must correspond to the cost of the work performed.
8. Consent to the terms of the contract and the procedure for financing.
9. The estimated documentation should be developed according to Appendix 3 "The procedure for determining the estimated cost of general construction, special works"

Other requirements and explanations:
1. The absence of problematic objects of JSC "Thunder" according to the main criteria: there is no claim work on the part of JSC "Thunder" in relation to the spacecraft, the absence of critical comments that have not been eliminated within the specified period (specified in the act of the final commission, etc. a similar document), due to the fault of the SPACECRAFT, there is no postponement of the work completion dates)
2. Lack of affiliation with other contest participants

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.
