Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Payment procedure and terms: without advance payment, payment for the issue.work no earlier than 14 days from the date of signing by the parties of the COP-2, COP-3 (to be paid 1 time per month)
Provision of a Bank guarantee with an advance of 10,000,000 rubles (BG from a bank that is in the TOP 100 banks, BG according to the template of JSC "Thunder", the validity period of BG is equal to the entire period of construction of the object + 60 KD from the date of signing the final CS2 and CS3.)
The guarantee amount is 5 % of the contract value, paid to the general contractor 1 year after the Act of acceptance of the completed works. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 20,000,000 rubles.
The warranty period for the work performed is at least 2 (two) years from the date of signing the Act of completed works.
The duration of the work is not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days, provided that the object works around the clock, without termination of operational activities.
The order and schedule of work must be agreed with the customer.
The estimated start date of the project is August 01, 2021.
The type of activity of the organization must correspond to the declared lot.
The need for accreditation in JSC "Thunder" for construction and repair in large formats for consideration of the results of the tender and further work
The level of responsibility of the SRO at the time of conclusion of the Contract must correspond to the cost of the work performed.
Consent to the terms of the contract and the procedure for financing.
The original Contract signed by the counterparty must be received by the Customer no later than 7 calendar days from the date of sending the specified document to the Contractor
Consent to the prices for additional works according to Appendix No. 3
The cost for additional work is formed on the basis of the estimated calculation for the GESN (see Appendix No. 3), executed on the terms of the annex to the contract "Procedure for determining the estimated cost
general construction and special works". It is agreed with the customer before the start of work and is issued by an additional agreement. The main coefficients are indicated in the additional fields
The amount of workers ' wages (cost per person / hour) in rubles (for additional work) see Appendix No. 3
The amount of transport costs as a % of the cost of materials (for additional works), see Appendix No. 3
The amount of procurement and storage costs as a % of the cost of materials (for additional work), see Appendix No. 3

Other requirements:
1. The absence of problematic objects of JSC "Thunder" according to the main criteria: there is no claim work on the part of JSC "Thunder" in relation to the spacecraft, the absence of critical comments that have not been eliminated within the specified period (specified in the act of the final commission, etc. a similar document), due to the fault of the SPACECRAFT, there is no postponement of the work completion dates)
2. Lack of affiliation with other contest participants


Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
