The procedure and terms of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lots.
1. Providing a bank guarantee with an advance payment of 10,000,000 rubles. (BG from the bank is included in the TOP 100 banks, BG according to the template of JSC "Tander", the BG validity period is equal to the entire construction period of the facility + 60 days from the moment the facility is put into operation or the signing of the final KS2 and KS3 under the investment program).
2. The guarantee amount is 5% of the contract value, paid to the general contractor 1 year after the Act of acceptance of the work performed. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 20,000,000 rubles.
3. The warranty period for the work performed is at least 1 year from the date of signing the Certificate of Completion.
4. The term of the work is no more than 21 calendar days, subject to round-the-clock operation of the facility, without interrupting operational activities.
The order and schedule of work must be agreed with the customer.
5. Completion date: no later than November 18, 2020
6. The main / core activity of the organization and experience in the repair and construction of buildings and structures or advertising design.
7. The need for accreditation in JSC "Tander" to consider the results of the tender and further work.
8. Consent to the terms of the contract and the financing procedure.
9. Consent to prices for additional works according to Appendix No. 3.
10. Please note that participation in this tender is possible only if all calculation options are filled in! (both lots).
11. Formation of cost for additional work is carried out on the basis of an estimate for the HPPN (see. Appendix No. 3), made on the terms of the annex to the contract "Procedure for determining the estimated cost of general construction and special works." It is agreed with the customer before the start of work and is drawn up by an additional agreement. The main coefficients are indicated in the additional fields.
