Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Installation, designing, PNR, purchase of the equipment, delivery-are considered by lot.

!!! Fill out and send along with the proposal templates required to fill:
- Template for KP on the HO Tyumen Meadow, format-OPT
- The template for the KP on installation and commissioning works
- Specification on DH
- Annex № 11

!!! The following package of documents should be submitted to the KP:
1) Central selection Sheet
2) Selection sheets with drawings (Vopa and KD)
3) Thermal calculations for the cooled room
4) Table of cold consumption (with a full list of all equipment)
5) Mass dimensions of DH
6) Mass dimensions of the electric shield
7) Size and volume of receiver

!!! Prices should be quoted only in rubles.

!!! When a participant is not provided with a complete package of documents on request, proposals from such participants will not be considered and will not be sent until the request of the missing documentation.

!!! Note:
Purchase and installation of the cooled room is carried out by the general contractor.
Purchase and delivery of freezer bonet is carried out by the customer.
Central on the basis of two compressors.
