ATTENTION! Mandatory conditions for participants:
- Requirement 1. The participant confirms that he is familiar with the tender documentation in full and with the requirements of the TOR.
- Requirement 2. The participant provides the necessary information in the application in accordance with clause 7 of the TOR
- Requirement 3. The participant confirms compliance with all the requirements of the TK.
- Requirement 4. The participant confirms compliance with the implementation deadline of no more than 4 months.
- Requirement 5. The participant provides proof of the qualifications of the project team.
- Requirement 6. The participant confirms the experience of implementing the following projects (at least 3) in retail companies in Russia or Europe with a turnover of at least 10 billion rubles. per year for the last 3 years:
• Formulation and automation of end-to-end (cross-functional) processes for planning and managing promotions.
• Implementation of an operational or analytical CRM system.
• Integration with cash register equipment.
- Requirement 7. The presence of at least 3 letters of recommendation from customers with contacts of customers who have been successfully provided services.
- Requirement 8. If the customer indicates additional questions / comments within the framework of the competition: the participant confirms the processing of comments within a period not exceeding 3 working days from the moment of an additional request for B2B.
- Requirement 9. Method and terms of payment - non-cash form of settlements, 100% post-payment, with a delay of at least 60 calendar days, based on the results of each stage of the work performed (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals correctly drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation of primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices , UPD)
