One of the criteria for the participants of the competition is the agreement to work at a cost on the zap. parts, additional work and transportation costs equal to or less than previously determined and proposed by the Customer.
The cost per zap. parts, additional work and transportation costs are indicated in the appendix to the TOR "Prices for zap.parts and add.GPM works".
The participant can offer an additional. discount on previously determined prices for zap. parts, additional work and transportation costs.
The discount percentage applies to all items of the sections of the Spare parts, Additional work and Transportation costs.
Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

EDS is not required.
The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
