Auto-extension

Payment terms:
100% post-payment. The Customer undertakes to pay for the Supplier's services for the reporting period on the 21st (twenty-first) calendar day or the business day following it, if the 21st day is a day off from the date the Parties signed the Act by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account based on the invoice for payment. (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, invoices, UPD)).
Delivery terms:
The order of deliveries is at the bidding of the Customer. The estimated (projected) frequency of removal of moderately hazardous biological waste from the Customer's facilities is indicated in the Bid specification and may change upon execution of plans depending on the Customer's necessary needs. Services are supplied by and at the expense of the Supplier.

Performing services for the collection, transportation and disposal of moderately hazardous biological waste from the Customer's facility by the Supplier at the bidding of the Customer
Performing services for the collection, transportation and disposal of moderately hazardous biological waste regardless of the volume of formation of moderately hazardous biological waste (without restriction on the minimum/maximum weight)
Execution of loading and unloading operations by the Supplier
Availability in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or USRIP of OKVED class 38 codes according to the OKVED-2 classifier
Providing the Customer with an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or USRIP
Availability of own/hired special equipment for transportation of moderately hazardous biological waste from the Customer's facility
Providing the Customer with confirmation of the availability of own /hired special equipment for transporting moderately hazardous biological waste from the Customer's facility: purchase agreement / information on the balance sheet of special equipment, etc. or valid (throughout the period of rendering services to the Customer) agreement with a specialized organization in case it is involved in the transportation of moderately hazardous biological waste.
Availability of own/leased corresponding production premises/territories and technological equipment (high-temperature furnaces, cremators, generators, other installations) for thermal incineration of moderately hazardous biological waste and/or sites/territories for burial (cattle burial grounds, biothermal pits) of moderately hazardous biological waste
Providing the Customer with confirmation of the availability of appropriate production facilities/territories and technological equipment (high-temperature furnaces, cremators, incinerators, other installations) for thermal incineration of moderately hazardous biological waste and/or sites/territories for burial (cattle burial grounds, biothermal pits) of moderately hazardous biological waste: relevant expert opinions of Rospotrebnadzor, purchase/lease agreements, passports, certificates, vet examination certificates.doctor, veterinary report, etc.

The presence of a registered site (production facility) in the Mercury system Supplier, where biological waste disposal activities are carried out.

Other requirements and explanations:
The price is indicated for the collection, transportation and disposal of one kilogram of moderately hazardous biological waste as a whole for the service (collection + transportation + disposal).
Indicative (projected) the amount of formation of moderately hazardous biological waste per year and the estimated (projected) frequency of their removal are indicated for information and may change in the direction of increase or decrease.

The Bidder's refusal of his/her confirmed offer, as well as violation of the terms of this tender and the signed agreement, lead to the Bidder's disqualification (termination of cooperation with JSCTander) for a period of at least 1 year
