At the same time, alternative applications can be submitted in foreign currency, but the main application must be submitted in rubles, subject to the participation of a resident of the Russian Federation.

Mandatory conditions for KA:
1. Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
2. The CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
3. Fixing the price until 01.03.2023

Other requirements and explanations:
1. The cost of the equipment should be indicated for 1 unit in full accordance with the terms of reference (all components and options must be included), the total quantity in the auction is indicated.
2. The cost of delivery should be indicated for one complete set of equipment to the Buyer's facility within the specified region. Free delivery by the Supplier to one or more regions will be considered an advantage. The possibility of free delivery should be reflected in the comments. Delivery includes transportation to the buyer's facility, unloading and bringing to the facility to the installation site. When submitting a commercial offer with free delivery, the price should reflect the cost of "1"
3. The cost of installation should indicate the price for a set of equipment in the specified region. Free installation by the Supplier will be considered an advantage. The possibility of free installation should be reflected in the comments. Installation in accordance with the operating instructions. Bringing communications to the installation site on the Buyer's side.
4. The cost of technical services.the service will be fixed in the form of a price list with the signing of a separate service agreement. Specify the price price for equipment maintenance in the specified region in accordance with the Manufacturer's requirements. The cost of technical services.maintenance should include maintenance work, including lubricants, small consumables, decalcifying agents, etc., provided by the manufacturer, travel, transportation costs to the location of the equipment and should be fixed until 31.12.2023. When submitting a commercial offer with free maintenance in one or more regions, the price should reflect the cost of "1"
5. The cost of re-departure should also be indicated by the price list. The re-departure must include transportation costs to the installation site of the equipment and all work to restore the operability of the equipment. The need for a repeat call may be due to a request from the Customer about a malfunction of the equipment / the requirement to reinstall the program / the unavailability of the object for installation during the initial departure of the installer and other similar cases should be fixed for a period of up to 31.12.2023.
6. To participate in the competition, it is necessary to attach fully completed technical specifications, and all documentation for the equipment in accordance with the requirements of the terms of reference. Commercial offers without technical documentation will not be considered.
7. Within the framework of the tender, it is planned to fix the cost for a set of spare parts for equipment in the form of a price list for conducting a planned maintenance. In lots 27-30, it is necessary to specify the cost of a set of spare parts for the scheduled maintenance 1,2,3,4, respectively, provided by the plant after a certain number of cycles. In the comments, it is necessary to describe the complete set, i.e. how many and what spare parts are included in the 1,2,3,4, respectively.
8. Fixing prices in the tender - not less than until 01.03.2023.
9. Within one lot, it is possible to divide the purchase volume between several participants.
10. Free software and license will be considered a competitive advantage.

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
