Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Method and terms of payment - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 60 calendar days from the date of signing of a duly executed consignment note by the responsible person of the Buyer. (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD) correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation).
Delivery terms:
The delivery period (cooperation) is until 01.05.2022.
By the end of the specified period, it is planned to hold a new competition for the next period or prolong the signed conditions.
The order of delivery is pickup from the Supplier's warehouse or delivery by the Supplier (the cost of delivery will be requested separately when placing an order).
The packaging of the products must ensure the complete safety of the product during transportation.
The Supplier is obliged to put a marking on the packaging container, which allows for immediate and unmistakable identification of products in accordance with the Customer's order. In the absence of labeling, the Customer has the right to refuse to receive products without the Supplier applying any penalties to him.
