2. The tender procedure is conducted in conjunction with the procedures of JSC "Tander" (No. B2B: 3548413, №3548558, №3548561, №3548563, №3548564, №3548566)
3. The tender procedure is carried out with the possibility of submitting alternative commercial proposals in the context of variations of the Requirements Specification.
4. Within the framework of the competition, several options for equipping outlets with equipment are being considered:
- Complex delivery = Maximum coverage of the range of equipment in the context of one outlet by one Bidder.
- Not a complex delivery = Coverage of one or more lots in the context of one outlet.
5. In case of participation in the tender without delivery of equipment, it is allowed to submit proposals only for services (Delivery, unloading, installation (primary/secondary)).
6. In the case of delivery of equipment, it is absolutely necessary to offer delivery to the outlet within the designated areas within the time required by Dixy Yug JSC – in the absence of a delivery offer, the Contractual Counterparty offer is not considered in the tender.
7. In the case of equipment delivery, it is absolutely necessary to offer the services of "unloading the vehicle and bringing the equipment into the trading floor" – in the absence of an offer, the contractual counterparty will not be considered in the competition.
8. In case of equipment delivery, it is necessary to offer installation services (primary and secondary) – if there is no offer, the contractual counterparty will not be considered in the competition.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
