Ranking of bids

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Priority is given to Call for Bidding in rubles, at the same time, the tender provides:
* The ability to submit bids in various currencies;
Alternative bids (possibility to submit several proposals for an item/lots in different currencies).
IMPORTANT! Residents of the Russian Federation must fix the price offer for the main bid in rubles, alternative Commercial Proposals can be submitted in foreign currency.
Proposals of Residents of the Russian Federation only in foreign currency will be withdrawn from consideration.

Mandatory conditions for Bidders:

Conclusion of an agreement on the standard form of Dixy Yug JSC
Prices are fixed for 1 year from the date of conclusion of the contract
Payment terms 100% post-payment 60 calendar days from the date of signing by both Parties of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the Services rendered at each stage and the provision of the invoice by the Contractor
Possibility to change the volume +/-30% within the amount of the contract
Delivery/installation of chassis, vans and attachments is carried out in the Central Federal District
The cost of equipment should include a recycling fee and delivery to the Central Federal District
Delivery time of equipment (no later than the 1st quarter of 2024)
Confirmation of warranty and service obligations in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the Bid specification

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
