Attention! Mandatory conditions for participants:
1. The Supplier's consent to sign the standard form of the contract with appendices without a protocol of disagreement (in the attachment). In the absence of a valid contract of JSC "Thunder"
2. Fixing the price until 31.12.2023 (inclusive). The Supplier is obliged to accept orders sent by the Buyer on 31.12.2023 (inclusive), and deliver Equipment conforming to the terms of the Contract, within the time specified in the Specification.
3. Payment terms - Payments for each batch of Equipment are made with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note or UPD.
4. The buyer has the right to unilaterally change the amount of equipment within 30% (both in the direction of increase and decrease). At the same time, the remaining terms of delivery, including the terms of price and deferred payment, remain unchanged.
5. Confirmation of warranty obligations for equipment subject to installation at the facilities of JSC "Thunder" by a third-party organization.
Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.
6. A price list is fixed for lot 1 of a 5.5 kW Monoblock.
7. a price list is fixed for lot 2 delivery, taking into account unloading and entering into the trading floor
