Dear participants!
Two-stage purchase procedure:
1. stage-Preliminary qualification selection;
2. the stage is a closed request for proposals based on the results of the qualification selection. Please read the procurement documentation carefully.

It is required to fill in the file Appendix 2.2. TTX template (in the attachment)

Mandatory conditions for participants:
1. Payment terms-delay of 60 cal. days
2. Guarantee - according to the standard contract (in the attachment), unless otherwise specified in the TOR
3. Consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
4. Willingness to provide equipment for the test, if you have not previously conducted testing
5. Specify the possible delivery dates, k. days.
6. Willingness to fix the price until 31.12.21
7. The cost of the equipment includes a recycling fee
8. Saving prices in KP when dividing/reducing the volume

Participation is free of charge
EDS is not required
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.

This procedure for requesting proposals is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the scope of Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
