Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The proposal must be submitted on the letterhead of the organization indicating:
- full name of the organization;
- details and contact information: INN, PSRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail;
- the validity period of the offered price;
- basic conditions for the execution of the contract (term of service provision, payment procedure, etc.);
- gross weight;
- place of shipment (city, region);
- delivery method;
- shipping cost with explanation is included / not included in the price of products.
The proposal must be registered in the prescribed manner (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed.
Terms of payment. For contracts with a price of up to 5 million rubles. inclusive of VAT: the Customer pays the Contractor for the services rendered within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of acceptance and transfer of the goods.
For contracts with a price of more than 5 million rubles. VAT inclusive: The Customer pays the Contractor for the services rendered within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of acceptance and transfer of the goods.
The delivery of goods is required to the Bilibino NPP, Bilibino, Chukotka Autonomous Okrug in the period from 01.01.2021. until 30.03.2021
Carrying out this information collection procedure does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
