Payment terms:
The Buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier money in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the value of this batch of goods within 15 (fifteen) working days upon delivery of the entire batch of TMC.
Delivery terms:
1. Prices indicate on the terms of self-delivery In the cost of the products to pledge the manufacture of the cradle (is a prerequisite).
2. Specify the period of product readiness for shipment and the address of shipment.

8. Warranty for goods and materials shall be effective at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials in Magadan port. The best option is from the date of receipt of the TMC by the customer or from the moment of commissioning of the TMC (one of the proposed options is mandatory). Specify.
