Comments:
I. Signing a contract within 5 days as amended by PJSC "Korshunovskiy GOK" (see procurement documentation).
II. The products purchased by the company must strictly comply with the requirements:
1. The products are new.
2. Products must have: quality certificate, certificate of origin, declaration of conformity.
III. The provision of statutory documents (see the list in the procurement documentation) is mandatory at the time of submitting a proposal.
IV. This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all received offers without imposing responsibility.
