Comments:
1) We are ready to consider fully interchangeable analogues;

2) Delivery time - out of stock, or up to 22 weeks of waiting;

3) Offers will be considered only from participants with a completed and signed NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement of confidential information) (see attachment);

4) The validity period of the commercial offer is at least 30 calendar days;

5) Certificate of conformity, quality certificate, safety data sheet, dealer certificates - required;

6) The goods must be packed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements for the appropriate packaging for the delivered Goods or in accordance with GOST or TU and in the necessary manner for the appropriate mode of transport. This packaging must ensure the safety of the Goods, their protection during normal handling, transportation, several overloads and storage;

7) Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer;

8) This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed those listed in the terms of the competition.
