1. stage - Preliminary qualification selection;
2. the stage is a closed request for proposals based on the results of the qualification selection. Please carefully read the procurement documentation and the mandatory requirements for passing to the next stage.
IT IS MANDATORY TO FILL IN THE FILE "Appendix No. 8 Application-Kogel".
Attention! Mandatory conditions for participants:
1. Payment terms - delay of 60 cal. days.
2. Guarantee - according to the model contract, unless otherwise specified in the TOR.
3. Consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract.
4. The bidder guarantees the readiness of the first shipment in 45 days within the forecast of the confirmed volume. Delivery to the ATP is no more than 45 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Delivery before the deadline specified in the order is not a violation.
5. The presence of an information label on each box indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the goods, the name of the manufacturer of the goods, the delivery address.
6. Willingness to accept and process requests from the Customer for the supply of goods and materials on a weekly basis.
7. The ability to buffer the necessary volumes of goods and materials in your warehouse to meet the need.
8. The Buyer, if necessary (change in volume requirements), has the right to reduce/ increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the amount of Equipment by 30% (both upward and downward) from the parties' agreement in the specification or order, notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 calendar days before the upcoming delivery.
At the same time, the conditions for the price and deferred payment remain unchanged according to the specification.
9. Providing prices in the currency of the Russian ruble.
10. KA is ready to provide KP for all positions in the Lot (the composition of the lot is indicated in the file "Appendix No. 8 Application-Kogel")
11. The spacecraft is a dealer of at least 1 of the manufacturers of spare parts specified in the Admission Card
12. The readiness of the spacecraft to maintain the price, in case of division / reduction of volume.
13. The period of fixing the price of the product: for a period of 1 calendar year
14. The delivery of the RF is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier to the address of the ATP specified in the Buyer's Order (the list of addresses is specified in Appendix No. 2.3).
15. The readiness of the spacecraft to carry out deliveries to all operating ATPs
16. The price for 1 pc. for a position in the price list includes delivery to the ATP specified in the order by the KA.
important! The purchase is a price list. The quantity specified in the file "Appendix No. 8 Application-Kogel" is the preliminary possible volume of the purchase.

EDS is not required
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
