Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Purchaser undertakes to pay the Supplier 100% (one hundred) of the value of this shipment within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of shipment documents of sch/f, TN and TTN or by agreement of the parties.
Delivery terms:1. Prices indicate pickup conditions from the supplier's warehouse. No transportation costs are paid in the cost of the products. To cost the production of the crate (If necessary). Fragile cargo, as well as furniture, must be packed in a crate! If there is no ability to manufacture the crate by themselves, the supplier transferring the finished cargo to the TC is sure to indicate that the crate is necessary at the supplier's expense!

2. Specify the product's delivery time and shipment address.

3. Specify the product manufacturer. Specify product ratio. If a dealer or distributor, attach the status documents. (If necessary)

4. Attach Declaration of Conformation/Certificate for the proposed products. When delivered complete with cargo, there must be a passport and RE. (If necessary)

5. Specify the dimensions of each product unit and the total per application (mass, volume). Required

6. The products must be new, not used. Products must meet the technical task (if any)

7. On shipment, a packing sheet must be attached to each cargo seat according to the form set by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo area.

8. The warranty periods at TMC must start at least from the date of receipt of the goods at Magadan Port. The best option is from the date the customer receives the TMC or from the time the TMC enters service (one of the options proposed is mandatory). Indicate.

The criteria for choosing a winner

1. The lowest transaction value based on the pickup price (specified in the KP) and the transport component from the Supplier's warehouse to the Buyer's warehouse (port. Magadana).

2. Product ready for shipment.

3. Customer's product harmonization/Compliance with technical parameters to TK conditions.

4. Participant's relation to products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).

5. Provide a complete package of documents specified in the conditions to the procedure.
