Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
For participation in the insurance company provides electronically on ECD RFP form
- up to "12" February 2018-RFP with comments to the review requirements of the Bank, which will help to optimize the value proposition of the participant;
- the term and the possibility of revising the Bank's claims will be forwarded to Participants not later than February 16, 2018 year;
- until March 1, 2018 year final offer in the form of a completed RFP to final cost and description of services.

Participants may change the value proposition to decrease until the closure of the procedure (according to the regulations of the ETP).
