Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment is made in two stages:
1. A down payment of 30% of the contract price for 5 (five) banking days prior to the date of commencement of the provision of services agreed upon by the parties, upon presentation of the Executor invoices for payment.
2. Final calculations are carried out with the performer in the amount of 70% of the contract value upon the fact of services rendered within 10 (ten) banking days after the signing of the Act of acceptance of services rendered.
Payment for the provision of services is made in cashless by transfer of Customer funds to the account of the contractor.
