Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the performed Works is made by the Customer upon completion of all the Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Work Results on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Works signed by the Parties, with a delay (15 working days - if the participant belongs to SMSP) (at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days - if the participant does not belong to SMSP) from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance of Works, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- Certificate of Acceptance of Works signed by the Parties;
- Copy of the Waybill / Certificate / Register on acceptance and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the full set of Documentation
- Originals of positive opinions, Examinations, approvals, permits issued by Specialized Organizations for Documentation;
- original invoice;
- the original invoice issued on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Works and transmitted to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of completion of the work,
- subject to the absence of claims and requirements on the part of the Customer regarding the quality and timing of the work performed.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Obligations of participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes). If the initial (maximum) contract price does not exceed five million rubles, the requirement to secure an application for participation in the procurement is not established.
3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to conduct a price regulation procedure.
4. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who has proposed in the aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The contract on the results of the OZP is concluded no earlier than ten days and no later than twenty days from the date of placement in the UIS of the final protocol drawn up according to the results of the OZP.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals established in the Notice of the request for proposals with notification to all participants.
